Financial Services Authority (FSA) state venture capital (venture capital) foreigners have formed a joint venture (JV) with a local partner if it wants to run its business in Indonesia. It was an attempt by the FSA to regulate the flow of foreign funds into the country.

The move is also an attempt to avoid acts of money laundering (money laundry).
