Based on data from Jakarta Tourism and Culture Office, there are more than 500 bars and cafes in Jakarta, and is predicted to grow by 30%. This has a positive effect on the growth of coffee and tea commodities in the country. The emergence of new habits of drinking coffee in modern coffee shops / cafe causes the level of coffee consumption also increases. Data from the Association of Indonesian Coffee Exporters and Industries (AEKI) noted that the number of coffee consumption increased 36% from 2010 to 2014. While according to Indonesian Tea Board, the domestic market still has considerable development potential because of the total domestic tea production, the domestic market only absorb 40% of national tea production, while the remaining 60% is exported.
