Asuransi Raksa Pratikara has attempted to maximize its premium income from non-automotive insurance product to fulfil its end-of-year Rp.450 billion target. Due to the tough competitions within the market and trend to minimise automotive premium fee, Raksa decided to diversify its products. Initially, 70 percent of the targeted premium income was contributed by the automotive premium income. Raksa plans to maximise retail non-automotive insurance products such as shops owner, health and also property (Home Care).
In 2004, Asuransi Raksa Pratikara booked a premium of Rp.222.5 billion and investment value of Rp.4.01 billion. In 2005, the company collected a total asset of Rp.291.39 billion and booked an investment value of Rp.183.13 billion.

Asuransi Raksa Pratikara aims to obtain Rp.450 billion of premium income by the end of 2005. Until the first term of 2005, the company succeeded to fulfil its quarter-year target. Hence, they are optimistic that the company would be able to achieve its target. Approximately 70 percent of the targeted premium income came from automotive insurance premium. Raksa is currently one of the six general insurance companies that offer automotive insurance. Previously, Raksa’s core business was property insurance. In 2004, the company obtained a premium of Rp.222.5 billion and investment value of Rp.4.01 billion.
