PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) – Patria Park Apartment has cooperated with PT Asuransi Jiwa Eka Life for the Apartment Cash Back 100 Percent program. Until now, 60 percent of the apartments have successfully been sold and is targeted to finish in 2007.

Eka Life Obtains Rp.514.62 Billion in Premium

PT Asuransi Eka Life booked a gross premium income of Rp.514.62 billion per July 2006, which was an increase of 16.89 percent compared to last year’s total income, due to wider distribution network. Per July 2006, the company has obtained Rp.15 billion in profit. By the end of the year, Eka Like projects to obtain a profit of Rp.30 billion to Rp.40 billion. Per August 2006, the company’s asset rose significantly, from Rp.1.2 trillion in 2005 to Rp.1.6 trillion in 2006. However, the company’s risk based capital (RBC) dropped to 126 percent from 128.5 percent.
