Regional Public Water Company (PAM) Jaya targets to have at least 13 communal reservoirs by the end of 2024 in DKI Jakarta as part of its commitment to better service and maintenance of water quality for customers.
"That's the target," said PAM Jaya President Director Arief Nasrudin in his official statement in Jakarta, Thursday. He explained that currently there are six points in Jakarta that have communal reservoirs, namely in Duri Kepa, Duri Kosambi, Marunda, Taman Sari, Semanan, and Rorotan.

Clean water management in Jakarta starting in 2023 will be fully managed by the Drinking Water Company (PAM) Jaya. This was due to the end of the cooperation contract with two drinking water company operators, namely PT Aetra Air Jakarta and PT PAM Lyonnaise. As a form of preparation, PAM Jaya will also form a clean water management transition team from PT Aetra Air Jakarta and PT PAM Lyonnaise Jaya.
