The Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) appreciates the launch management team and program priorities Indonesian Palm Oil Pledge (IPOP). The team is expected to transform the investment in the palm oil sector investment toward green (green investments) that are environmentally friendly.

According to the Head of BKPM Franky Sibarani, strategy IPOP initiatives can promote the sustainability of the oil industry in the future, while contributing to environmental protection, in line with the demands of an increasingly global market requires sustainable palm oil products. And to encourage industrial plantations and palm oil processing, BKPM make the sector into one of the priorities of marketing investment as part of an export-oriented industries.

Chairman of the Parliament of East Kalimantan M Syahrun HS requested the Provincial Government of East Kalimantan to work harder to attract investors to invest in downstream industrial estate. It is hoped that the government helped prepare the land, and the investors who build a rubber processing factory.
