Throughout 2021, aquaculture startup e-Fishery's revenue increased eight times compared to the previous year. This revenue growth was supported by a number of innovation and technology developments presented by e-Fishery throughout this year including eF-arm, e-FisheryKu, and e-Fresh.

Gibran Huzaifah as CEO and co-founder of e-Fishery said that the achievements obtained by e-Fishery came from the use of technology which is not only intended to increase productivity in the aquaculture sector, but is also expected to improve the quality of life and business of fish and shrimp cultivators in Indonesia.

By the end of this year, e-Fishery has reached at least 27,000 farmers from 250 cities/districts throughout Indonesia. This number is an increase of 1,073 percent compared to last year's figure. "For 2022, the target is to collaborate with 200,000 farmers to join the e-Fishery ecosystem," said Gibran at the Aquaculture Outlook event in Jakarta, Thursday (16/12).
