Lativi Denies Non-performing Credit Ownership

PT Lativi Media Karya denied that its credit in Bank Mandiri was non-performing. After the company was restructured in November 2004, Lativi has paid off all of its credit instalments between December 2004 to March 2005. However, the State Audit Agency included Lativi as one of the companies with a non-performing credit amounting to Rp.300 billion in Bank Mandiri.
