Bhakti Finance Targets to Finance 17,000 Motorcycles

PT Bhakti Finance, a subsidiary of PT Bhakti Investama, targets to finance 17,000 units of motorcycles this year. The company did not set a high target due to less conducive economical situation. Starting this year, Bhakti Finance will start to finance electronic purchase. The company targets to provide Rp.30 billion financing for electronic in 2005. Bhakti Finance will also support the financing of Agis Investama, another subsidiary of Bhakti Finance. In June 2005, the financing company has launched an icon, named ‘Bang Kredit’ (the Credit Brother), to familiarize the company with its customers. Bhakti Finance currently has 10 branches. It plans to add another 12 branches by the end of 2005. In 2006, it plans to expand the number of branches to 50.
