BSD Issues Rp.500 Billion Bonds

PT Bumi Serpong Damai will issue bonds worth Rp.500 billion with a 5 year tenor that will be allocated in order to support the property expansion business of the company. BSD has chosen PT Danareksa Sekuritas, PT Sinarmas Sekuritas and Recapital Securities as the head underwriter. By 30 June 2006, the total obligation owned by BSD reached Rp.2.06 trillion, up compared to the same period of time the previous year, which amounted to Rp.1.62 trillion. Meanwhile, the company’s equity reached Rp.1.12 trillion, up compared to the same period of time the year before of Rp.1.06 trillion.

Bumi Serpong Damai Denies Land Execution Issue

PT Bumi Serpong Damai claimed that there would not be any land execution in Puspitaloka Block in relation to the company’s case with Rusli Wahyudi. The Supreme Court has decided that Rusli was not entitled to the 2.5-hectare-land. The Puspitaloka Block is an elite housing area located in Bumi Serpong Damai.
