President Director of PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk. Harryjanto Lasmana was one of the few who signed the syndicated loan script. The financing company received a loan of Rp 275 billion with revolving underwriting facility for the period of three years.

Mandala Multifinance Lists Shares in JSX

PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk has listed its shares in the Jakarta Stock Exchange. The company was the fifth new company that listed its shares in 2005. Mandala Multifinance offered 24.5 percent or 325 million stock notes to the public. PT Jayamandiri Gemasejati (70.42 percent) and Alex Hendrawan (5.06 percent) hold the rest of the shares. The stock’s premier price was Rp.195 per share (actual nominal value is Rp.100). In the initial public offering (IPO) held from 25 to 29 August, the company obtained a fund of Rp.63.375 billion. The fund will be used as work capital.
