Pension Credit Bisnis Indonesia, page B4 (12-July-2007) President Director Bank Agro Drajat B. Prasetyo signed an agreement with Head of Republik of Indonesia's Plantation Retirees (P3RI) RD. HD. Djauhari. Bank Agro and P3RI co-operate to provide pension credit.
3 Investors Set Sights on Bank Agroniaga Bisnis Indonesia, page B8 (26-January-2006) If Bank IFI is still ambitious in becoming an organically grown focused bank, then 3 investors from Europe have set their eyes on Bank Agroniaga. The three investors, who up until September 2005 own assets in the amount of Rp. 2.3 trillion, will act as the bank’s strategic investors. Although Bank Agro has fulfilled the minimum capital requirement which is currently Rp. 234 billion, the banking business still needs more capital. At the present, the bank is focusing on the effort to consolidate banking in order to attract investors. Currently, most of Bank Agro’s shares, 96 percent, are owned by Yayasan Dana Pensiun Perkebunan, PT Jamsostek. The rest is owned by PT jamsostek 2.13 percent, Yayasan Sarana Wanajaya 1.28 percent and 0.59 percent is owned by the public.
