For Home Assistants to Feel at Home: https://www.rumah.com/berita-properti/2016/9/135605/agar-asisten-rumah-tangga-betah/15 September 2016

Today's people, especially those living in big cities, are very busy with work or other matters and handed over almost all the housework to household assistant (ART / PRT).

The role of ART usually will be very felt when they go home to celebrate Lebaran, or not even coming back home. So shopping, cooking, washing, sweeping, mopping, babysitting and housekeeping should be done on their own. Therefore, getting ART that works for a long time now is a blessing for a family.

Tips for home assistants feel at home, among others :
1. Treat them according to their age
2. Give the appropriate rewards, if necessary give bonus performance
3. Considered a family
4. Be polite
5. Take it forward
