Bread Talk, owned by PT. Talkindo Selaksa Anugerah, assures consumers that its products are safe to be consumed by Moslems (halal). It has received certification from the Indonesian Moslem Council (MUI).

PT. Multi Agro Persada Tbk will be delisted from the Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) on 25 October 2005 since the company has decided to become a private company. The company will no longer need to fulfil its obligation as a listed company in the JSX. If the company decided to relist its shares, it would have to follow a number of procedures.

Aspac Fppd Industries Ltd holds 98.34 percent of the company's shares. Aspac offers to buy the remaining public-held shares for Rp.2,700 per share during the period of 1 December 2005 to 1 March 2006.
