The management of PT. Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero) targets began in 2016 to produce a derivative form of aluminum alloy and billet.
Director of INALUM Winardi Sunoto said this year firms still producing aluminum ingot with a planned production after the changes amounted to 255.300 tons. New in 2016, the management of producing aluminum alloy and billet, although the volume is still small, and in that year, and Billet Alloy production is targeted to each of 2,000 tons and 3,000 tons of the total production of aluminum products is planned as many as 244.400 tons.

The average price of the world's aluminum in January-May 2016 was about USD 11,533 per tonne, 14 percent lower than the same period last year, ie USD 1,779 per ton. Last year, INAI revenue of Rp 1.38 trillion, up 50 percent year on year (yoy). In the first quarter of 2016, net profit grew 26.1 percent. Sales of construction services tend to dominate, which is 55 per cent. Sales of the segment grew 17.4 percent, is inversely related to the sale of the aluminum section that actually negative growth, namely minus 20.1 percent.
