Through the Community Development (Comdev) program, Badak LNG provides Park and Landscape Training for 20 partners of Green House Pesona Alam at Knowledge House Badak LNG, on Wednesday, July 26, 2017. Activities aimed at improving business competence in the field of environmental maintenance in cooperation with PT Trubus Swadaya (Trubus Magazine), and brought two speakers from Trubus Magazine namely, Slamet and Syah Angkasa.

In his speech, Acting Senior Manager of Corporate Communication Badak LNG, Busori Sunaryo said that the company's performance is not only assessed from the economic side but also from the environment and society. Structuring a room, if there is no flower or decoration of live plants, it can be a good business prospect if it can be managed properly. Or the needs of the company to the trees so it can be used for corporate and government events. He hopes that through this training can be better in the field of gardening, so that will support the potential, and also can answer the challenges that have not been taken.

Infrastructure development contributed to large in the formation of the city landscape. Infrastructure is available to support a variety of urban service needs, but also must be quality and sustainable in accordance with the principles of green infrastructure that is environmentally friendly. Green infrastructure has developed and will continue to develop as a concept of urban development going forward.

Minister of Public Works and Public Housing, Basuki Hadimuljono said, good landscape arrangement not only provides more value in terms of aesthetics, but can also contribute to the management of water, land and air resources so as to create a balance between aspects of benefits, energy use efficiency, and ecosystem sustainability. Besides massive scale infrastructure development, The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing also focuses on developing the landscape and greening the city. The city quality improvement program is carried out in collaboration with the Regional Government to increase the area of Green Open Space (RTH), which is in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 26 of 2007 concerning Spatial Planning, namely the fulfillment of RTH in urban areas by 30 percent of the total urban area consisting of 20% public RTH and 10% private green space, including in the form of botanical gardens in both urban and non-urban areas.
