When he joined Asuransi Tri Pakarta (TRIPA), he encouraged all of its employees to become a better team to improve their company’s condition. His suggestion to change the company’s logo to make it more appealing, innovative and dynamic helped to create a better environment for employees and clients. With the changes done to the corporate identity, Tjuk Suparman hoped to steer TRIPA’s human resources to a better quality state where they can provide excellent services to clients. The management has also sent a number of its employeed to school and trainings.
